About Us

Salt and Cedar Soapery is a boutique style, hand crafted, small batched soapery. We pride ourselves on using ethically sourced, high quality, plant based ingredients, free of sulfates, harsh chemicals and pesticides. Our goal is to bring you a high quality experience that will leave your skin feeling luxuriously soft, smooth and PH balanced. We also consider our carbon footprint by using sustainable, and recyclable material whenever possible. Our soaps are never tested on animals, and are vegan, and palm oil free.

Handcrafted and Cold Processed

Cold processed soap

Cold processed soap combines quality plant based oils and butters like shea, olive oil and coco butter, and sodium hydroxide (lye) without using heat. This method preserves the plant oils natural healing elements. This method also makes for a creamier bar, which prevents stripping the skin of its own natural moisturizers.

Hand Crafted

Each batch of soap is hand crafted in small batches without the use of detergents, petroleum products or harsh chemicals. They are processed and cut by hand, and stored for up to six weeks to cure.

Plant based oils, and ethically sourced ingredients and botanicals

I was shocked after using the pink sea salt facial bar. I have dry skin and normally have to put lotion on the minute I get out of the shower because my skin is so tight and dry. After I used it, to my huge surprise, I was shocked that it never did. It smells so amazing, and lathers really nicely. Thank you Jackie for making this, and healing my dry skin!!!!
